Some excitement in Belmont Harbor. Powerboat sank while under tow from @chicagopolicedepartment Marine Unit. Appears that no one on board when it sank. Sticking up out of the bottom of the harbor near the harbor mouth. Be careful heading in and out of the Harbor.
